1. Basic Policy
The provider of the App (the “Provider”) respects user privacy and appropriately
manages information handled by the App.
2. Information Collected and Purposes of Use
The App does not require account registration and does not automatically obtain or
collect users’ personal information. Information entered into the App is processed only
on the user’s device and is not transmitted to the Provider’s servers.
If a user submits the contact form, the Provider may obtain contact details and inquiry
content voluntarily entered by the user. This information is used only as necessary to
respond to the inquiry and provide support for the App.
3. Access to the Photo Library
The App accesses the device’s photo library only when the user uses a feature to select
an image for registration. Access is limited to what is necessary to provide the image
registration feature. The App does not collect images that the user has not selected.
4. Data Storage and External Transmission
Registered images, titles, tags, counts, count history, and the selected display language
are generally stored on the user’s device. The current version of the App does not
transmit this information to the Provider’s servers and does not use third-party services
for advertising or behavioral analytics.
The contact form is provided using Google Forms. Information submitted after opening
the form is processed through Google’s services and is subject to Google’s terms and
privacy policy.
If a backup feature provided by the device or operating system is enabled, data stored
on the device may be saved by that backup service. Such data is handled under the terms
and privacy policy of the relevant service provider.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Provider does not disclose personal information obtained for responding to inquiries
or similar purposes to third parties without the user’s consent, except where required
by law.
6. Deletion of Data
Users can delete individual images and other data within the App. Users can also delete
the images, tags, counts, history, display-language setting, theme setting, and other
settings managed by the App from their device by selecting “Delete All Data” in Settings.
Uninstalling the App will also normally delete data stored locally by the App. Users are
responsible for reviewing the settings of any device or OS backup service for data that
may remain in a backup.
7. Changes to This Policy
The Provider may change this Privacy Policy without prior notice to users in response to
changes in laws, App features, or data-handling practices. The revised Privacy Policy
becomes effective when it is posted in the App or on this website. Material changes that
significantly affect users will be announced in the App, on the App’s distribution page,
or by another appropriate method.
8. Contact
For inquiries regarding this Privacy Policy or the App, please use “Contact Us” on the
App’s Settings screen to open the contact form.
